Studio Policy

At Reformer Lab, we value fairness, respect, and clarity, so everyone enjoys a calm and positive experience in our space. Please take a moment to review our studio policies before booking:

1. Cancellation Policy

We operate a 12-hour cancellation window. If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, it will be considered a late cancellation, and you’ll lose that class credit.

2. Late Arrival

Arriving after the scheduled start time counts as a late cancellation, and entry may not be permitted to avoid disrupting the class.

3. Class Pack Validity

Our class packs are designed to keep you consistent and motivated:

  • 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12-class packs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • 20-class packs are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • 40-class packs are valid for 120 days.

Unused classes after the validity period will expire automatically.

4. Pausing Class Packs

If you need to pause due to a serious medical condition or planned holiday, please notify us before your pack expires. We can extend it for a maximum of 2 weeks upon approval.

5. No-Shows

If you miss a booked class without canceling, it will be treated as a no-show, and the class credit will be forfeited.

6. Booking Etiquette

Please only book classes you intend to attend. This helps other clients find space in fully booked sessions and keeps our schedule running smoothly.

7. Studio Conduct

Respect the studio, instructors, and fellow clients at all times. Follow our House Rules , arrive early, dress appropriately, and maintain a calm, supportive atmosphere.

8. Instructor Substitutions

From time to time, an instructor may be substituted without notice. We’ll always ensure your class meets the same high Reformer Lab standards.

9. Refunds & Transfers

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packs, memberships, or credits cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

10. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any health concerns or injuries before class. Always work within your limits, and stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.
